Not automatically. Even though they are just a 1-hour ferry ride apart, Hong Kong and Macau have separate telecommunication systems. Most local Hong Kong SIMs require you to activate a specific roaming package. If you have bought our Macau-only eSIM, it will not work in Hong Kong. If you are visiting both cities (which most travelers do), we highly recommend our Asia Regional or Hong Kong & Macau Bundle plans to stay connected on both sides of the Pearl River Delta.
