You will also have a good 4G signal in the port city of Puno (Lake Titicaca) and in the main city of Iquitos (Amazon). However, once you go deep into the Amazon jungle on a lodge trip or far out onto the floating islands of Titicaca, you must expect the signal to be intermittent.
