Yes. The local networks (Sure/JT) have towers that provide coverage to the other islands within the Bailiwick, including Herm, Sark, and Alderney. While the signal might be 3G in the most remote parts of Sark (which has limited electricity), you will be connected in the main village areas, which is far better than relying on public Wi-Fi.
